COVID-19 GUIDELINES

CONNEMARA LAKE HOTEL procedures

Please note the following information on how we will manage our accommodation, our public areas and our staff to ensure the safety of our guests whilst adhering to Covid- 19 guidelines.

OUR TEAM

  • Staff Will be temperature checked at the start of their working day

  • Staff will maintain social distancing guidelines with both guests and other staff members at all times

  • Staff will ensure highest level of hygiene at all times, washing hands frequently throughout the day

  • Staff members will disclose any illness or possibility of inability to work due to illness regardless of how mild symptoms may be.

  • Posters in public bathrooms to inform of good hand hygiene, respiratory hygiene and cough etiquette

  • Additional cleaning of public areas and frequently touched surfaces (door handles / reception desk etc ) – using products which are effective in killing the virus

  • provided sanitiser stations throughout the buildings

GUESTS STAYING WITH US

  • Can request medical masks, gloves, which will be available.

  • Will notice social distancing markers on the floors at appropriate areas.

  • Tea and Coffee will be made available in the Bar and can be brought up to your room.

  • Extra Pillows can be made available from Reception

  • Guests can book a table in restaurant area.

  •  Guest directories will not be available in room. It can be found in our reception area.

CLEANING OF OUR BEDROOMS

  • All Bedrooms are sanitised to the Hygiene Assured Standard.

  • Servicing of rooms during your stay will be at your discretion. We will ask you your preferences in advance of arrival.

CLEANING OF OUR RESTAURANT / RECEPTION AREA

  • Hand sanitising stations will be available throughout the property

  • All areas of high contact will be regularly sanitised.

FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVICE

  • All tables in our restaurant have been spaced at the recommended 2 meters.

  • Breakfast will be served to Hotel guests between 8am - 10am every morning.

  • Dinner will be served from 5pm-8pm in the Restaurant every night.

  • Lunch will be available in the restaurant daily from 12pm to 5pm

  • All service will be table service, there will be no access to ordering at the bar

  •  Tables will be cleaned and sanitised after every sitting

  • All condiments will be removed from tables, but are available in sachets upon request from our waiting staff
